i truly almost gave this place a good review, but then remembered the maddening noise from traffic and those unwelcoming, dusty rooms. i felt entitled to at least an upgrade since the reception staff were less than helpful. i'll just stick with my regular hotels next time, thank you very much.

You can hear traffic non-stop from dawn until dusk, and if you're near the stairs, you'll catch the hustle and bustle of other guests coming and going. Some rooms had flies upon arrival, and in one instance, the shower head holder was missing, making it a bit of a hassle to take a proper shower. Plus, there's absolutely no air conditioning, so if you're hoping for a cool room after a hot day, you’re out of luck. The fans just circulate the air without truly cooling, which could be disappointing.

stayed at residencial roxi for four nights. the location is fantastic, just a few steps from the metro station. it's easy to explore the city from here! the check-in process was smooth, and i appreciated the prompt communication before my visit. the room was clean, and the shared bathroom had a great shower.
